TLCC Fireworks Spectacular - 6 June 2026

Event Details

One of the most popular events of the year and a real treat for all members. Our very own Fireworks Spectacular will rival anything in your local neighbourhood, and because we hold it in the valley at Koolandilly on the banks of the Wollondilly River, the atmosphere, lightshow & sounds are amazing.  

Yes, it will be a bit chilly, but with a big bonfire, BBQ dinner including rissoles, sausages, salads, dessert, hot drinks and ice-cream cones for kids, you will have everything you need to enjoy a fantastic winter's evening with your family and friends at the TLCC.  Members may invite guests.

You must book so we cater accurately and we don't run out of food.

Dinner starts at 5pm. Fireworks will start at approximately 6.15pm, with dessert served before a second fireworks show and giant bonfire.

Camp over the long weekend or come in just for the evening.

BYO plates, cutlery, camp chairs and table, your own drinks. A torch is essential to walk between the shed and the fireworks site. . 

Please volunteer to help out with food preparation, serving BBQ, desserts or hot drinks, or cleaning up after the event. Social events like this can only run if members are willing to step up. Please email events@tlcc.com.au to indicate how you would like to help.

Members are reminded:

• To re-read the Club By-laws including those specific to the use of Club properties
• New members must have completed all 3 modules of driver training prior to the event
• BYO firewood and only use existing fireplaces. Freestanding BYO above ground fire pits are permitted provided ash is tipped into existing fireplaces. 

Bookings

• The event booking will open on Saturday 25th April and the booking form will appear below.
• Use the booking form for all persons you are booking in to this event. Include your guests at the same time you make your own booking or come back to this page later to add more guests.
• Please click on Making Bookings at TLCC Social Events for specific instructions on how to make your guest booking.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure you receive a confirmation email titled “Thankyou for your booking”. If you don’t receive this email then your booking has not gone through. Suggestion is to clear your cache and redo. Further problems – please contact events@tlcc.com.au.

About guest bookings:

• A guest is anyone not included in your membership, like your own children 17 years and over, grandchildren, and friends.
• A fee of $10 per guest aged 5 and over will be payable at time of guest booking. Guest children under 5 are free.
• If guest vehicle entry is requested, you will receive a guest vehicle pass once approved by our land manager. This must be printed and displayed on your guest's vehicle.
• Members must drive their guest’s vehicle down and up the steep access road just inside the property gate.
